Additional Needs

One of the most important and rewarding aspects of my teaching career has been my commitment to providing a high-quality education for students of all abilities and needs. From the outset, I have been dedicated to supporting learners who face a variety of challenges, and this has become a core focus of my professional journey. Much of my experience has been within Pupil Referral Units (PRUs), specialist education settings, and with students under the care of the local authority. These roles have shaped my belief that every student—regardless of background or ability—deserves the same access to meaningful, supportive, and inclusive education.
